No project begins from this page alone

Public package descriptions are an invitation to request a fit review only when a verified contact path is available; they are not automatic acceptance of a project. Work begins only after written scope, acceptance tests, price, content responsibilities, exclusions, and payment terms are accepted and the required deposit is verified.

Customer responsibilities

The customer must own or have permission to use supplied logos, text, photos, data, domains, and accounts; approve factual, pricing, policy, and legal claims; and pay third-party provider charges in their own accounts unless a written scope says otherwise.

Scope and changes

Only written deliverables and acceptance tests are included. New pages, features, provider integrations, repeated revisions, ongoing content, marketing, or support are separate work. A requested new feature is not a defect.

No business-outcome guarantee

We do not guarantee search position, traffic, sales, platform approval, uninterrupted third-party services, or legal compliance for a customer’s business. We are responsible for the accepted build scope and defect-correction terms.

The project-specific written scope and payment terms control if they differ from this public summary. Refund and cancellation terms are presented before payment.
